How to Fix Your Computer If You Can't Download Programs and Applications
When I go to the creative cloud and click install Photoshop, it stars to install but then says 'Installation Failed' 'Retry'.I've tried many times but get no. Before system restore adobe downloads worked fine on windows After system restore I can not download adobe creative or photoshop from adobe. There is also the issue of the software vs. the installer. The software may run fine, but if the installer doesn't install it, that's no good.

So not ideal and who knows if a newer version in the future will install. This would be fine; however, this also doesn't allow me to download any of the previous versions of Photoshop. Help would be much appreciated. I'm not a Windows system expert, so best I can do is get you over to Adobe's official support.
